Check out Gift Card Granny, which aggregates various sites where you can buy or sell cards and have extra cash in your pocket. You can even sell a partial value left on a card.
They sort their cards by store, and they pretty much have nearly every store that offers the cards.
Then, you can buy or sell directly on the selling site, whether it’s Amazon or eBay or other sites that buy and sell gift cards.
